Double XP Weekend!

Heroes, prepare to experience our first ever Double XP Weekend event! The rules are simple - all characters will receive double the XP for all of their accomplishments in the game for the duration of the event. What’s more, Influence and Prestige awards will also be doubled during this time!

The Double XP Weekend will begin at 9am BST* on Friday 21 July, and run through to 9pm BST* on Sunday 23 July.

If you have any questions, head over to the announcement thread on the official message boards. Otherwise, good luck and have fun!

* British Summer Time, or BST, is the current time in the UK (GMT+1). The majority of Western European countries are 1 hour ahead of the UK, but please check a time zone converter (many are available on the web) if you are unsure about how your local time relates to BST.

OMG that rocks!!! MY first weekend i have booked off of work this year falls on the double xp weekend!!!! And its my 21st birthday on sunday! Dont get much better than that!!! :D :D :D Thanks NC!

YEY!!!! this gives me a good boost from lvl 36 my target is 45 but i will still be happy if i got to 40 or 41 thanks NC cool smirk and i can lvl my others faster too!  tongue wink

Great idea but it had to be when my computer with City Of Heroes on it breaks down. Oh well hope they do it again some time. Do you think there doing this for some random reson?

Great weekend with the double XP and all except for the constant DC’N, reminded me of the good old days when the XP was worth earning..SOOOO whens it happening again guys ?????

Hmmm. I dont like double exp bonus wink It makes me level to fast and I will out level some of my contacts hehe. I want some PvP bonus instead, like extra temp power added for doing extra PvP.

Only sad that its only 2 days :-(
If you organize it like 12 times in a year.
Why? .... 12 months soo once in a month.

That would be awesome!
Anyway thanks for this weekend!
My bro was gooing from lvl 13 to 17 in two days and i only did one lvl.
