Arachnos recruitment continues

Villain numbers swelled by free trials.

Freedom Corps has issued an advisory to all heroes, warning of increased Arachnos recruitment efforts. Through a cunning series of ‘free trials’, Arachnos is targetting potential ‘Destined Ones’ from across Europe.

The current drive is focussing on attracting new villains from Sweden, Norway and the UK. Ms. Liberty has expressed her concern over the security implications for Paragon City and Longbow operations in the Rogue Isles, and urged all heroes to check out the details of these new free trials at the City of Villains site.

Bridger, how up to date is the client on the free trial? I’m thinking of buying it for a more upto date client if I need to reinstall.

Cryonic: The client for the trials is the same as the one from the City of Villains box.

If you don’t have a CoV box, it will be a lot quicker to install the free trial client than to install the original CoH client and then download the updates (Issue #6, in particular, was very large).

it keeps saying when i try to log on go to are offical websitewhy is that? how could i log on normally!

I am downloading the trail now.
If I wish to continue the game, will I need to go out and buy the box? Or can I just continue on with the trail key?

hi my names is roni metsälä and i dont know why city of heroes dosent work to finland.I blease can edybody repair tis?that game say it to my server dosen work but then i go city of heroes home page nad there is looking wine. what i do?

Anders: Yes, in order to continue playing after the trial expires, you’ll need a retail version of the game. Use the serial code from it to ‘Upgrade’ your trial account on your PlayNC Master Account at PlayNC.com, and you’ll keep all the characters you created in the trial.

You’ll also receive the 30 days of game time included with the retail version of the game, as usual.
