Following its glowing review last month, strategy gamer’s haven The Wargamer has awarded City of Heroes a place on its 2004 Holiday Buying Guide. One of only four roleplaying games to make the grade this year, City of Heroes sits alongside EverQuest II, Temple of Elemental Evil and World of Warcraft in a list decided on by all of the regular Wargamer staff, who say:
