I’m enourmosly deluded by the end of the beta...There were talk about a end-of-beta event, even by the devs, but the only thing happened is a lvl 50 WL appearing in Atlas Park...I’ve been in the american beta, and there is no match with the invasion happened there...could you tell me what has gone wrong?

Argh, we have to wait till friday for more??

It was great! The lvl 50 Winter lords in Atlas park were a nice surprise.

I wish that it’s the servers update and you haven’t deleted my comment due to I was a dissapointed for the beta end.

No e-mail received. No answer. No comment. Didn’t like this.

Cutting the servers off at 5:00 was a bit harsh for those at work /images/smileys/rasberry.gif, and so was cutting of the message boards, would have been nice to have those for afew hours at the end /images/smileys/smile.gif.

Beta is over, great now i can tear myself away from the computer for a couple of days restock food and beer ready for the launch.

Just got my email from play.com saying that my nice shiny CoH Deluxe has been posted and will be with me ready for launch :D

So what happened at the end? Was there a big invasion like in the US beta?

It was all getting a bit insane on there towards the end with people levelling off Winter Lords like crazy (myself included! :D )

beta was great.... although end event was nothing compared tot he US rikiti invasion.....

i have a question..... well ive order the delux box and a 60 days time card.. the game has been sent out.. but the time cards arnt due to release until 4th? does this mean i wont be able to participate in the open day?

Getting a bit close to release.

My game ships today from Amazon, so it’d have been nice to know what I was getting before I paid for it.  Which I’m only doing because account transfers and character transfers weren’t ready for launch.  Also becuase there was no name reservation on Euro beta like there was at end of US beta.

It was good fun… Shame you guys couldn’t give us an end beta event, but we had a party instead /images/smileys/smile.gif Man the lag was unbelievable! :D

Shame you closed the forums too though… You could have left them open for us /images/smileys/smile.gif We didn’t even get the answer to the Ask Statesman questions! :D Oh well.. off to the US forums for now I guess…

Black Shroud: The beta was originally due to end on Friday - we managed to squeeze in a couple of extra days, but 5pm yesterday was the latest we could keep the servers open and still have time to get them ready for launch.

As far as the boards go, I’m afraid that as soon as the beta ended, everyone’s beta accounts were deactivated, meaning that you’d no longer be able to login to the boards, so there was no point in leaving them up any longer. Besides which, we also need time to get them ready for launch…

The beta was great, and so were all you guys i met, and joined forces with /images/smileys/wink.gif Thx to LILOS, we

made a great team /images/smileys/grin.gif . I bet the WL`s all breathed a sigh of relief when we left!

Any news on if the beta testers will get some kind of badge or accolade or something in retail?  I know you guys don’t have to give us a thing, we did get to play for free for a few weeks, but it would be nice to have something to distinguish us from the new players /images/smileys/smile.gif

OK, what can i say?  Despite a rather diapointing end to the beta (why did the yanks get an invasion and all we got was a lvl 50WL????) I think i’ll go buy the game. It was fun teaming up and bashing the crooks. And to see so many ppl dancing and havin snowball fights was fun. I cant wait to see some of you in retail and team up again. the fact that the WoW playing smucks won’t be on the severs constaly broadcasting is a good thing.it means that real people can play the game and have llite loaded severs

I haven’t as much fun in a MMORPG beta since I played Asheron’s Call 1. And I pre-ordered the game, so seeya in Paragon City this friday!
