Awesome news.
I guess creating their own Wolverine and Hulk clones and then claiming infringement didn’t go down very well then? lol
Let’s get these other issues resolved and get on with playing.

harty back slaping all round well done. i beleve Marvel have done them selfs a lot of harm with ther costomers with this lawsuit

I worked for Marvel for a while and quit after the B.S lawsuit that they put onto Cryptic… its a bogus claim that they cant do anything with.. Three cheers for Cryptic for being better than Marvel.
