Spark-Man: Read it again /images/smileys/wink.gif The original Sister Psyche is in a coma in the medical center. Her consciousness is connected to Aurora, the ‘new’ Sister Psyche who is standing outside…

Heh Bridger, oops.  Thats what I get for skimming through it I guess.  *Dies of embarrassment*

The Statesman is a bad leader of heroes!

After learning of a new threat from within the Circle of Thorns, one that could destroy both the link and the hosts themselves, Scott knew he had to act

To punish someone for saving lives, when the alternative would have been the destruction both persons involved, to punish someone for having a terrible plot abolished, is horrible and terrible and I hope a reflection of anxiety during a bad time.

Black Light: Of course, we’re all entitled to interpret events in our own way, but I don’t think States ‘punishes’ Calvin at all.

Remember that Calvin Scott is a normal person, without powers, who “set forces in motionforces that threatened to unleash events and circumstances far beyond his control,” and that “He had to wonder if he had gone too far, if his fears had consequences that would forever change the course of history.”

He did this without going to Statesman and the rest of the Freedom Phalanx, deliberately working behind their backs and thus risking the lives of his own wife, Sister Psyche and possibly the entire city, had things gone wrong. States is just making it clear to Scott that he shouldn’t involve himself in the “hero business” again. Which seems pretty reasonable to me. /images/smileys/wink.gif

Cool.

A lot better than a line on an update log that reads: “Removed Calvin Scott Taskforce” & “Updated Sister Psyche Graphic”.

Would have been cooler if statesman had remprimanded Calvin for sending so many heroes on a boring and unexciting series of missions, but never mind.

Just curious...would this mean that a different Sister Psyche will appear in Paragon? and the one we are used to will be called Aurora?
