I have items for sale/buy on the Auction House - will the sale/buy still work?

Yes. When a character transfers servers, anything they are buying/selling on the auction house is tied to the player’s account, not the character, so the buy/sell transactions will go with them.

Character Transfer

I have an old character with 1 or 2 character names. What happens when I choose to move this one?
How can I limit the amount that is charged to my card?
Is there a “swap” feature to Character Transfer, so in one move I could switch 2 characters?
I have reserved a name on the target server - how long will the transfer take?
Is there a badge associated with making a Character Transfer?
Will the Character Transfer Service allow me to make a copy of my character?
Do all my possessions move when I do a character transfer?
Can I move my characters to a US server or characters from a US server to an European Server?
Is there any other means to pay for a Character Transfer besides a credit card on file?
If I don’t have any characters on a server, the Check Name button is grayed out and I can’t use
Will I get a warning if the name of the character is already in use on the target server?
This feature would make great Veteran Rewards! Is that possible?
Can I transfer a character from one account to another?
