Ms Liberty
Never one to shy away from her duties, Jessica Duncan, a.k.a. Ms. Liberty, plays a pivotal role in Paragon City’s protection. Standing proud at the foot of the towering Atlas statue, Liberty’s achievements in securing freedom for the city’s millions are anything but dwarfed.
Following in her grandmother’s illustrious footsteps, Liberty has dedicated her life to assisting those around her. Her days working on the freedom frontline, alongside Statesman, have given Liberty untold experience and knowledge, which she now spends imparting with fledgling heroes.
“Without investing time into our new heroes, history could repeat itself. We cannot afford to let that happen. By passing down our wisdom, we are protecting ourselves and safeguarding our future.”
A sentiment that rings true in her recent work on the Freedom Corps, the starting point for many heroes in their crime-fighting careers. Whether Statesman is involved in this venture is unclear - ties between the two undoubtedly still exist, but close sources remain tight-lipped.
